执委委员在举办执行各种活动的过程中能够认识更多的同学、学长姐、办公室负责人及老师，同时锻炼个人的领导与合作能力。此外，执委委员通过国大宿舍申请计划 (Residence Admission Scheme) 申请宿舍时，也享有优先推荐权。 Committee members have the opportunity to get to know more fellow students, seniors, office staff, and faculty members while organizing and carrying out various events. At the same time, they can develop their leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills. In addition, committee members receive priority recommendation when applying for on-campus accommodation through the National University of Singapore's Residence Admission Scheme (RAS).
